Migrant Children Education Program

The Migrant Children Education program aims to provide educational resources and bring innovative classroom experience to low-income migrant workers' children.

Mathematics, Science, and Chinese classes taught by volunteers can be fun!

Active Learning

Students were encouraged to participate in the classroom instead of sitting throughout the class. They were happy to be part of the interactions.

 

 

A trip to the Sea World Theme Park

Students were learning outside the classroom. They had a wonderful trip to the Sea World Theme Park.

A Yoga Class? Yes, We Have One.

Is there a way to conduct physical education class in the hot summer? Yes! We brought students to the gym and had a yoga class for them. Fun to exercise!

A Lesson of History

Students had a trip to history museum and learned a lot about the city and its history.

 

 

A Lesson of Life Saving First Aid Skill Development

Fireman taught a special lesson to students on how to protect themselves when emergency happened.

 

 

A Special Trip to THE Nursing Room

Everyone has social responsibility and everyone can do something to help others. Students from migrant workers' family along with volunteers visited nearby nursing room. They spent a day with older people and mentally challenged children and performed a great show for them.

 

A Family Environment

At the end of the day, volunteers and children became the best friends. They were just family who loves care each other.
